Jan 21, Andee rated it really liked it Recommends it for: embroidery and quilt artists. Shelves: art. Really a handy book on embroidery, nice size, the spiral ring binding makes it easy to lay it flat It's not just about crazy quilting, it is more about the embroidery used on crazy quilts so it is information that transfers over to other projects. Also offers good general thread and fabric info. Nicely laid out, easy to use. Jul 13, Annette McIntyre rated it liked it.
In no way is this a complete book about crazy quilting. It is more of an overview and simple how to directions. There are other, far more complete books out there. That said, it would be a reasonably good addition to a quilter's or embroiderer's reference library as it does describe different techniques clearly.
